Frank Sandeløv
CEO
Trained Army Officer and has held positions as Head of Training, Flight Platoon Commander, Electronic warfare Officer, a.o. More than 10 years experience as Airline Captain and has held other management positions and has for 3 years been SAS representative in Single European Sky workgroup under the EU-commission. More than 25 years of experience holding different board positions and joined CardLab board in 2009, became the Chairman in 2010 and took over the CEO position in July 2013.
Kathrine Bjarni
V P Operations
More than 15 years of international experience, working closely with customers, supply chain management and financial controlling. Katrine joined CardLab in 2015 as Accounting manager and holds a degree in International trading and marketing.
Henning Bonde Nielsen
Senior Technical Manager
More than 20 years of international experience in chip and module design companies like Intel, Tellabs and Cortex Technology.Very experienced production test engineer, designing automatic test equipment and being technical lead engineer and Customer supporter with abundant experience in cutting edge technology.
Henning joined CardLab in 2016 and holds a BSC.EE from Copenhagen University College.

Managing director in Memetech A/S, the largest investor in CardLab. Kim has a strong focus on technology development and production capability. Former air force pilot.
